1. Shipping Method

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 — 20 days(Varies by region).
  • Unless otherwise specified, all other products are free of charge.
  • During promotional periods, processing times will be extended.
  • All time limits are accumulated in working days.
  • The sending address is not fixed and is usually dispatched from local warehouses. If the local warehouse does not have stock, it will be directly shipped from the manufacturer.

2. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We will deliver to the address you provide. We are not responsible if a delivery fails due to providing inaccurate or incomplete address information.
  • Shipments cannot be sent to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

3. Delivery Lssues

Please take into account that the notification email will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process or the email address used for your account registration. Should the email address you've supplied be invalid or no longer in use, we cannot assume responsibility for any potential risks or losses stemming from this situation.

In the event you change your mind after the order has been placed, we kindly request that you refrain from outright rejection of the package. Instead, to cancel your order, please reach out to us, explaining your circumstances, and we will process the return following the guidelines outlined in our return/refund policy. We do not accept responsibility for any risks associated with the loss or damage of packages resulting from rejection.

If your package has not been delivered or if the tracking information indicates delivery while you haven't received it, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service at support@olevs.com within 30 days from the date of your order. For inquiries related to other orders, products, or logistics, please reach out to our customer service within 60 days from the order date.

Should your package or its contents show any signs of damage or if any items are missing, please reach out to us at support@olevs.com on the same day, providing photos and/or videos for reference.
