Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Cancel Order

As long as your order has not been shipped, you have the option to cancel your order. If you have already paid and need to make changes or wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact us before the item has been shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Return Related

  • You can enjoy our unique 7-day free return service within 7 days from the date of package delivery.
  • You can apply for return of orders that are more than 7 days but less than 30 days from the date of package delivery, but you need to pay a certain shipping fee.
  • The date of delivery of the package is subject to the logistics information.

3. How to return goods?

  • Send the order number and simple reason for return to customer support email support@olevs.com.
  • We will respond to your request within 2 days. If the result is approval of your application, please return the product to the address specified in the email.
  • The receiving party will conduct an inspection of the returned shipment upon its receipt.
  • If the shipment inspection results are normal, a refund will be initiated within 2 working days.

4. Other Instructions

  • Please do not accidentally include non-olevs.com items in your return package. We are not responsible for shipping these items back to you.

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you selected. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.
